S&A Truck Sales LLC operates HaulSelect to manage trailer enquiries, purchase requests, payments, documentation, signatures, and collection arrangements. This policy describes the information the store uses for those purposes.

Purchase information

When you contact sales or request a purchase, you supply your name, email, phone number, optional company, and enquiry details. Purchase documentation also uses owner names, registration addresses, state, collection choices, agreed terms, and signatures. Title and registration verification may require additional identification. Private purchase documents may contain vehicle identification numbers that the public catalog omits.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the store and its private records. Stripe processes payment details when merchant payments operate. Namuli Sign processes private signatures and signature evidence when the signing service operates. Mail services deliver purchase correspondence and document packets. Registration authorities or an automotive tax service may receive transaction details needed to calculate taxes or complete registration.

Device storage

The store saves your favorite stock numbers and latest private purchase link in local device storage. The native app saves your shortlist in its own device preferences. Clearing the store’s device data removes those local preferences. Keep private purchase and signature links secure because they grant access to your documents.

Records

S&A retains purchase documents and transaction evidence for its business, tax, title, and recordkeeping obligations. Authorized staff use private records to complete the sale and respond to requests. Contact sales to request access, correction, or deletion; legal retention obligations may require S&A to preserve particular transaction records.
